In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Instructions are given for the Navy Board to negotiate with Mr Parker of Southampton for the construction of a Fifth Rate. They are also to recommend a man to replace a Boatswain who has been promoted to Master Attendant at Sheerness; and requesting an opinion on part of a letter from Sir Edward Gregory in which he states that the BRITANNIA, SOVEREIGN and ROYAL WILLIAM need careening.
