Captain John Constable Commander of the SHOREHAM is applying for an allowance - in common with other Volunteers who have lost limbs - for his son John Constable, who lost his legs in an action in Camorett Bay. His son has served in the BERWICK and the SUSSEX. Instructions are given for an allowance to be made provided the Navy Board has no objections.
