In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Agreeing that the OWNERS GOODWILL Machine Boat at Woolwich is to be put to use as a Water Boat serving Sheerness Yard in place of the former which is no longer serviceable; and directing that the JOHN and MARTHA and the FIRST ENDEAVOUR be used for the occasional carrying of Stores from Woolwich and Deptford Yards to ships in Longreach, at the Hope and at the Nore - including the Downs.
