In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Complaining that despite Standing Orders no details of victualling ship movements have been from the Victualling Board for some two weeks, leaving the Admiralty unable to issue orders for ships at the Nore. The Commissioners for Victualling are to be asked to supply details of vessels destined for the Straits and the instructions given to their Masters as soon as possible.
