Covering the transfer of thirteen thousand one hundred and thirty-five pounds from the Treasury to the Treasurer of the Navy for the payment of the Marine Regiments from February 1692 to February 1693. The second part instructs that no deductions are to be made fro clothing and subsistence previously paid.
