In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Men turned over from capital ships into the MONCK, PEMBROKE and GREENWICH are to be paid to the time the ships they formerly belonged to are paid and before they leave for the Straits; and all of the Men who have entered the latter voluntarily - and including Bomb Vessels - are to be paid Bounty money.
