In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Master Carpenters John Scatliffe of the NORWICH and Elias Long of the PRINCE of ORANGE having been ordered aboard the OWNER'S LOVE Fireship in order to conduct a survey have now been stranded, their ships having sailed. Instructions are given for them to be paid as if they had continued in their former ships and to take up employment in Dockyards in the Thames.
