Minutes of proceedings at a court-martial held on board Her Majesty's ship 'Hibernia' at Malta, on Monday, the seventeenth day of July 1893, and by adjournment, every day afterwards (Sunday excepted) to the twenty-seventh day of July 1893, to enquire into the loss of Her Majesty's ship 'Victoria' : presented to both Houses of Parliament by command of Her Majesty.
Concerns an incident which took place at Tripoli on 22 June 1893, involving the Mediterranean fleet commanded by Vice-Admiral Sir George Tryon.
