A 12x10 negative. A port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Turakina (1902) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has horse stalls abreast number one hold and she is flying the blue peter. The passenger ferry Earl of Essex (1877) is alongside the Tilbury landing stage in the background.
