A 12x10 negative. A port near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the cargo liner Waikato (1892) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has four yards on her foremast and a clipper stem with a spike bowsprit. Tilbury Hotel is in the background.
