Warships under sail, possibly in connection with a review at Spithead
Drawing. Previously just titled 'Review at Spithead', the evidence for this seems tenuous apart from there being one ship at anchor dressed overall in the background and another possibly flying a royal standard or the Admiralty flag at the main, under way centre left. [PvdM 10/20]
