The Fleetwood-Knott End ferry steamer PROGRESS (1899), crowded with passengers, is coming in while her running mate BOURNE MAY (1901) in leaving. Three shrimpers are at the water's edge and a few people, mainly women and children, are on the beach. Francis Frith & Co negative no. 68410.
