Aurat, or island of Torlosa, 172 league from Torlosa in Syria, ca.1815. The Aradies of antiquity; the Arpeid or Arvat of Genesis. The Phoenician wall nearly surrounds it. Some stones are 30ft. by 10 or 12 in thickness
