Study of a dogger

A dogger viewed from the starboard bow. Nothing above the deck is shown except the stumps of the masts, the lower end of the forestay with the foresail lashed down to a boom and the mizzen lying over its yard.

This is an unsigned work by the Younger in delicate pencil and wash. It has been approximately dated by the style.
