A boeier yacht, smalschip and other craft at anchor
In the foreground is a starboard quarter view of a boeier yacht at anchor with a skiff at her stern. Further away is a smalschip with a States yacht beyond. On the right can be seen part of a buss-sterned one-masted vessel.
This is an unsigned pencil and wash drawing by the Younger. Although thought to be by the Younger, Robinson believes the wash, though lightly handled, might be by the Elder, but the accurate pencil-work in the distance seems too well done for him. It has been approximately dated by the subject and the style.
