Dutch ships lying by
In the centre there is a port lee bow view of a ship with her fore topsail to the mast and main topsail filled. In the right background there is a flagship with pendant at the main and flag at the fore lying in the wind. To the left and right are five private ships, lying by or under easy sail.
The drawing is marked with the direction of the wind ‘W’.
