Calliope (1884)
A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant starboard broadside view of the Royal Navy steel screw corvette (third class cruiser) Calliope (1884) at anchor in berth D34 at Spithead for the Diamond Jubilee Naval Review. She is dressed overall and her berth number D14 is on a board just ahead of her mizzen mast. The masts of the training brig Liberty (1850) are beyond her and the stern of the composite screw sloop Wanderer (1883) is on the right.
