Study of a boeier yacht
A boeier was a round type of Dutch vessel sometimes used as a yacht, usually bezan rigged. This appears to be the same yacht as in PAF6848, but viewed from the port bow showing the sail lying over the boom. There is a pendant at the ensign staff and only the foot of the mast is shown. The drawing is unsigned.
