Shipping in a Dutch harbour

The scene depicted is probably near Flushing. On the right there is a small house on the sea wall with a pier running out into the water. On the left there is a ship at anchor, in the centre a pink under way, and beyond a large number of ships and vesels at anchor or under way. The drawing is signed in brown ink upper left 'W.V.V.J.'.
