A fight in boats

A boat sinking, with some men struggling in the water and others clambering aboard another boat alongside, whose people (perhaps Barbary pirates) are trying to push off with their oars. A man carrying a flag seated across the stern of the sinking boat.

This is an unsigned drawing by the Younger in broad pen and brown ink with a grey wash.
