The launch of an English three-decker

The launch of an English three-decker. In the left centre middle distance is a starboard bow view of a three-decker, with launching flags, soon after launching. On the right is the fore part of a ship showing only the fore lower mast. There is a yacht at anchor beyond.

This is possibly a drawing by the Elder to which a later hand has added some pencil work.
