Hour-glass
A 30-minute glass with two 15-minute ampoules. It has a white filling which is possibly ground eggshell. The central joint is bound over with twine. The brass stand has hexagonal bases and six wire supports. Where the glass touches the stand, there is an ornate brass surround. The bases are engraved with a foliate design. The design of the stand is similar to AST0052, AST0053, AST054, AST0055, AST0056, and AST0072.
