Magnificent (1894)
A 12x10 negative. A starboard bow view, taken from very fine off the bow, of the Royal Navy battleship Magnificent (1894) at anchor in berth B1 at Spithead for the Diamond Jubilee Naval Review. She is dressed overall and is the flagship of the Second-in-Command of the Channel Fleet, Rear-Admiral John Fellowes CB. The battleships on her starboard quarter are the Royal Sovereign (1891), Repulse (1892), Resolution (1892) and Empress of India (1891). In Line C beyond her starboard boat boom are the Inflexible (1876), Alexandra (1875) and Edinburgh (1882). Beyond her port boat boom is another battleship, either the Benbow (1885) or the Collingwood (1882).
