She is dressed overall and is the flagship of the Second-in-Command of the Channel Fleet, Rear-Admiral John Fellowes CB. The battleships on her starboard quarter are the Royal Sovereign (1891), Repulse (1892), Resolution (1892) and Empress of India (1891). In Line C beyond her starboard boat boom are the Inflexible (1876), Alexandra (1875) and Edinburgh (1882). Beyond her port boat boom is another battleship, either the Benbow (1885) or the Collingwood (1882).
