Anglesey (1852)
A whole plate negative. A slightly distant starboard near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the 3 masted ship rigged vessel Anglesey (1852) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has double topsails on her fore and main, a single topsail on her mizzen and single topgallants. She has painted ports and is flying the blue peter. Tilbury is in the background. Negatives numbers G2245 and G2247 were taken on the same occasion. The Anglesey (1852) left Tilbury at 16.15 for Melbourne, arriving 21 June 1871.
