Darling Downs (1852)
A whole plate negative. A slightly distant port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the 3 masted ship rigged vesel Darling Downs (1852) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is rigged with double topsails, single topgallants and single royals. She has canvas windsails rigged between the masts and an awning is rigged aft. The Coast Gurad Watch Vessel CGWV 28 (1847) is on shore in the left background and Tilbury Fort Watergate is in the right background.
