Kömmandor Svend Föyn (1874)
A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant port very near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the Norwegian 3 masted ship rigged vessel Kommandör Svend Föyn (1874) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has been dismasted and has a broken bowsprit, her foretopmast is hanging down, her maintopmast is missing and her mizzen mast has vanished. The stern of a Cory collier is on the left and Tilbury Fort Watergate is in the background.
