Lady Jocelyn (1852)

A whole plate negative. A slightly distant starboard near broadside view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the 3 masted ship rigged vessel Lady Jocelyn (1852) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is rigged with double topsails, single topgallants, royals and skysails. Her fore course yard is fitted with stunsail yards. She has painted ports, is flying the blue peter and has some passengers on board. She is on charter to Shaw, Savill & Co. Negatives numbers G1779 and G2261 were taken on the same occasion.
