Melbourne (1875)
A whole plate negative. A slightly distant port near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the 3 masted ship rigged vessel Melbourne (1875) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has a double topgallant on her main mast but only single topgallants on her fore and mizzen masts. Tilbury is in the background. Negatives numbers G1297 and G2019 were taken on the same occasion.
