Melbourne (1875)

A whole plate negative. A slightly distant port near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the 3 masted ship rigged vessel Melbourne (1875) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has a double topgallant on her main mast but only single topgallants on her fore and mizzen masts. Tilbury is in the background. The horizon is not quite level.
