A mid-nineteenth century lithograph reproducing an engraving by the Scottish artist and printmaker Robert Paul from 1768. The town and harbour of Greenock occupy the middle distance. Various sailing vessels can be seen in the foreground. In the left foreground, there is a small rowing boat with two figures.
