Southesk (1877)

A whole plate negative. A fair quality slightly distant port broadside view of the 3 masted barque rigged vessel Southesk (1877) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is rigged with double topsails, single topgallants and royals on the fore and main masts. What appears to be a swim headed dumb lighter is on a painter astern. Tilbury is in the background. The horizon is not level.
