Suffolk (1857)
A whole plate negative. A slightly distant starboard side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the three masted ship rigged vessel Suffolk (1857) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is rigged with double fore and main topsails, single mizzen topsail, and single topgallants. She has painted ports and is lowering a white painted wooden structure amidships. Tilbury is in the background. Negatives numbers G1767 and G2270 were taken on the same occasion.
