Talus (1891)
A 12x10 negative. A port very near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the 3 masted ship rigged general cargo sailing vessel Talus (1891) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is rigged with double topsails, double topgallants on the fore and main masts, single topgallant on the mizzen mast and single royals. She is loaded down to her marks and her starboard anchor is not housed. Twelve of her crew are working aloft. Tilbury is in the background.
