Thetis
A whole plate negative. A copy of a naive painting of a three masted barque under sail in a port. She is seen from off her starboard beam and has her inner jib, topsails, topgallant sails and spanker set. She is flying the blue peter and a Thetis name pennant and has no boats or deck structures. A three masted frigate or a merchant ship with painted ports is on the right and a dghaisa type boat is in the foreground. the building in the background are very reminiscent of Valletta, Malta.
