Toowoomba (1859)
A whole plate negative. A distant port broadside view of the three masted barque rigged vessel Toowoomba (1859) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is rigged with double topsails, single topgallants and single royals and her name is painted in large letters on her bow. She is in service as a cable carrier. A small yawl is in the foreground and Tilbury Fort Watergate is in the background.
