Arrow (1897)
A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant port very near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the spritsail rigged topsail barge Arrow (1897) under sail during the June 1899 Thames Barge Match. She has a number flag on her forestay (barely visible) and her bob is a dark six pointed star on a white background. Her leeboard is lowered. There is some doubt as to the correct identity of this barge. Negatives numbers G94, G1056 and G1058 are of the same vessel.
