Edward VII (1901)
A 12x10 negative. A starboard quarter view, taken from wide off the stern, of the spritsail rigged sailing barge Edward VII (1901) racing in the Thames estuary during the 1901 or 1903 Thames Barge Match. She is heeling to starboard while on the port tack in a fresh breeze. Her crew are in their racing whites and she has her race number flag on her forestay. Slight image movement. Negative number G1262 was taken on the same occasion.
