Loualf (1898)

A 12x10 negative. A starboard bow view, taken from wide off the bow, of the spritsail barge Loualf (1898) under sail during the Thames Barge Match in which she finished sixth in class. She has her race number 1 flag on her forestay. On the right is the bow of a steam vessel named Frank which is being used as a committee boat. This is a copy of negative number G1346. Vertical format. A piece of the right side of the negative is missing.
