Mildreda (1900)
A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant starboard bow view of the spritsail barge Mildreda (1900) under sail in the lower reaches or estuary of the river Thames during the Thames Barge Match in which she was placed third. The winds are light and she is on the starboard tack with her jib boomed out to port. Her crew are in their racing whites. The top of her mast is just out of the picture.
