Surf (1900)

A 12x10 negative. A starboard bow view, taken from wide off the bow, of the spritsail rigged general cargo barge Surf (1900) under sail in the Thames Estuary during the Thames Barge Match. She is on the port tack with her starboard lee board down in half a gale. She is rucking her topsail and she has her race number flag on her forestay. A vertical format image.
