Planisphere
Planisphere. The projection is geocentric and equidistant from the North Pole to South 40 degrees. Only the principle stars, connected by lines, are included. On the back, there is a magnitude table, which is labelled 'Magnitudes [1-5]'. The Milky Way is labelled 'MILKY WAY'. 21 stars and one star group is named. Ptolemaic constellations above declination South 40 degrees and non-Ptolemaic constellations are drawn including one of Hevelius and one of Lacaille.
