Earl Nelson [sic]. From a sketch taken from Life, by C. Grignon, at Naples, 1797
A late print probably made from the lithographs (PAD3759 or PAD3760) from Grignion's original drawing (PAF4381), itself in fact made at Palermo on 7 February 1799 (Walker, Nelson Portraits, pp.94-5, ill. 95). Like the lithograph it wrongly calls nelson 'Earl' rather than Viscount - the rank he died in- though he was a baron when Grignion did the drawing.
