The White Star Line cruise ship Adriatic (1906) at anchor with passengers coming ashore in one of her lifeboats.

A port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the White Star Line cruise ship Adriatic (1906) at anchor with accommodation ladders rigged amidships. She is dressed overall and some of her lifeboats have been launched - their blocks and tackle are hanging over the side of the ship. On the right in the foreground is a ship's lifeboat fully loaded with passengers and being towed behind a motor lifeboat which contains the photographer. The lifeboat is very slightly out of focus. Negative number P83403 is very similar.

The negative has mould? on the non-emulsion side.
