Strathclyde (1871)
A whole plate negative. A starboard broadside view of the passenger/cargo liner Strathclyde (1871) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has an auxiliary brig rig. Tilbury is in the background. Negative number G1954 was taken on the same occasion. The original glass plate negative has been broken and discarded but a 12x10 photographic print produced in the 1950s is available for scanning.
