A starboard near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the Cunard White Star Line passenger liner and cruise ship Britannic (1930) at anchor in an unknown location. An accommodation ladder is rigged at a shell door in the starboard side aft and some of the ship's boats are out of their falls. One of the ship's boats and a number of small rowing boats are by the accommodation ladder. The ship is flying both the White Star and the Cunard Line burgees showing it is after July 1934 when the companies merged.
