A port bow view of the Cunard White Star Line passenger liner and cruise ship Britannic (1930) stopped off Fort-de-France, Martinique, French West Indies
A slightly distant port bow view of the Cunard White Star Line passenger liner and cruise ship Britannic (1930) stopped off Fort-de-France, Martinique, French West Indies. One of her lifeboats is close to her port quarter, another is on the right of the picture and in the foreground is one heading towards the camera with crew and passengers on board. A large number of bumboats are alongside her port side aft of amidships. Unusually, the ship is not at anchor nor apparently moored in any way.
