Yarmouth (1959) underwater fittings

A 2¼ square film negative. The Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) in No. 2 dry dock in Rosyth Dockyard. A general view of the propellers and port rudder taken from the bottom of the dock close under the port side of the transom looking forward and to starboard. Scaffolding has been erected under the transom. White lines have been painted on the lower hull and the draught marks run to XIX. The propellers have wavy lines drawn on them and some of the port blades have been covered in paper. The cone of the starboard propeller has been removed and is on the dock floor.
