Yarmouth (1959) underwater fittings
A 2¼ square film negative. The Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) in No. 2 dry dock in Rosyth Dockyard. A general view of the lower part of the starboard bow of the hull taken from the bottom of the dock ahead of the ship looking aft and to port. Three parallel white lines have been painted on the hull at approximately 2 feet 6 inches spacing between the lines. The draught marks at the bow run from I to XIV. A photographic print from this negative is stamped 'Planning Department Design Division 8 May 1981 H M Dockyard, Rosyth'.
