A 2¾ x 2¼ film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the South-West Wall in Portsmouth Dockyard. This is inside the senior rates mess on the starboard side of 2 deck between 16 and 21½ stations looking aft and to starboard from the doorway. Two CO2 cylinders, a wooden shelf, an hexagonal wooden top and some holdalls are on the bottom bunk. Kit lockers are on either side. The clock says it is 11.10. A hand written list with the negative originally identified this as 'Senior ratings kit locker space from door to port' but then amended the description to 'Senior ratings mess.' Admiralty Service Drawing Number 955655/2 of 2 certified 18/10/68 shows this space as being the senior rates mess. A vertical format image.
