Yarmouth (1959) as fitted after refit

A 2¾ x 2¼ film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the South-West Wall in Portsmouth Dockyard. Inside the First Lieutenant's cabin on the starboard side of 1 deck between 27½ and 30 stations. The photographer is looking aft and to starboard from near the fireplace. A kneehole desk is against the aft bulkhead and a Thermotank ventilation unit is above it. A wardrobe, cupboards and drawers unit is against the starboard bulkhead and on the bookshelf is a copy of 'The Queen's Regulations for the Royal Navy'. A drop-leaf table is on the left.
